The Off-Season Training Program is designed to help players maximize their development during the summer months. Over three months, athletes will refine their skills, improve strength and conditioning, and prepare for the upcoming season.
Program Details:
U15/U18/CHL/NCAA Players - will follow an advanced training program that includes two on-ice sessions and three off-ice sessions per week. With weekends off to allow for recovery and flexibility for travel, this program is built for serious athletes looking to elevate their game. On-ice and Off-ice training fall on the same days.
U9/U11/U13 Players - will follow a structured program with two on-ice and two off-ice sessions per week. This balanced approach ensures continued development without overloading younger athletes. On-ice and Off-ice training fall on the same days.
Each session includes 30 minutes of goalie-specific drills focusing on technique, positioning, and movement, followed by 30 minutes of game-situation shots to simulate real play. With a high volume of quality shots, goalies not only sharpen their reflexes but also gain excellent conditioning. Our goalie training is led by current NCAA Division 1 goaltender Lucy and Sabrina who has attended premier goaltending schools throughout Ontario.
On-Ice only options are available

Hockey is a long, demanding season, and maintaining peak performance requires more than just on-ice training. Our small group training program, designed for 6 to 8 athletes per group, keeps players strong, mobile, and explosive while preventing fatigue and injuries.
This high-performance program is tailored specifically for athletes, ensuring they remain at their peak condition from the start of the season to playoffs. Train smarter, play stronger, and stay at your best all season long.
18 On-Ice Session

Our In-Season On-Ice Training is designed to help players refine their skills, improve skating, and maintain game-performance through training they dont typically get with team practices. Athletes will stay sharp, confident, and ready to perform at their best all season long.
