SPRING HOCKEY. BUILT TO A HIGHER STANDARD.
PMT Juniors was created to provide athletes with more than just another spring hockey season. This isn't a team thrown together for a few tournaments. It's a complete development environment where players are challenged, coached, and surrounded by teammates who share the same commitment to improving. Many athletes leave a single season with more hockey knowledge, confidence, and attention to detail than they gained over years of traditional hockey.
Every player earns their opportunity through our ID process, and every practice is built with purpose. Our focus extends far beyond skill development. Players develop hockey IQ, game habits, systems, communication, and the details that separate good players from complete players. Every rep is coached, every session has a purpose, and every athlete receives meaningful feedback throughout the season.
A key part of the PMT Juniors experience is our coaching structure. Our program features no parent head coaches, creating a professional environment where decisions are made objectively and every athlete is held to the same standard. Our experienced development staff is focused on teaching the game, building confidence, developing true team culture, and preparing players for the next level.
From elite coaching and structured practices to premium apparel, equipment, communication, and tournament experiences, every aspect of PMT Juniors is built to a higher standard. Our mission is simple: create an elite environment where players are developed as individuals, grow as teammates, and leave the season better than when they arrived.
DEVELOPMENT
Players learn more than skills. We teach systems, decision-making, game habits, and the details that allow athletes to think the game faster and compete with confidence.
COMPETITION
Players compete in high-level events while training in an environment designed to prepare them for the next level of hockey. Every practice and tournament is another opportunity to grow and be evaluated.
CULTURE
Environment built on accountability, respect, and commitment. Attendance is expected, effort is non-negotiable, and every player is expected to contribute to the standard of the group.
ENVIRONMENT
From communication and scheduling to apparel, coaching, and team operations, every aspect of PMT Juniors is run to a professional standard. Players experience what it means to be part of a high-performance program.

Athletes develop individual skills, hockey IQ, game habits, and decision-making while learning team systems, structure, and concepts that translate directly into game situations. Teams participate in video review sessions, team building activities, and structured practices designed to develop both the individual and the team.
Winter Preparation
Development begins following the Christmas break, allowing our teams to build chemistry and prepare well before the spring season begins. Programming includes team practices, PD skates, a 3-on-3 development tournament, exhibition games, and structured spring preparation, ensuring our athletes arrive at tournament season as a true team rather than a group of players meeting for the first time
